» UNWIND UNIT:

Unwind shaft is mounted on safety chucks.
Unwind tension controlled by means of an Automatic Tension Control System
Tension indication & feedback by load cells.

Web Guide ( Pneumo Hydraulic Trolley Type) is provided with one Automatic Centering Device.

» IN FEED UNIT:
To isolates the web tension between the unwinder and the first printing station this unit is provided immediately after unwind.

One No. Steel draw roll duly hardchrome plated &
One No. pneumatically loaded rubber roll assembly dynamically balanced.
Drive through individual digital AC drive with load cell backup to provide Tension feedback

» PRINTING UNIT:

Side frame construction is of Ribbed Anti Vibration Cast Iron(C.I) body.
Designed for hollow & integrated shaft type cylinders
Special bearing housings are provided, to support the cylinder shaft locked mechanically on the unit side frame during operation.
Minimum & Maximum Cylinder repeat size of 250mm to 1200mm
Drive to the cylinder shaft off the gear box through spur gears.
Three side view open to see the web from three different directions while in operation

» MAIN DRIVE :
Digital AC drive with common AC motor is provided for all the printing stations
Individual gear box with enclosed oil bath lubrication is provided at each printing station.

» IMPRESSION ROLLER:
Pneumatically loaded pressure application with independent pressure control at both ends.
One Impresion rubber roll with 60-65 shore hardness is provided at all stations.
Designed for quick and easy changeovers.

» DRYING UNIT:
Designed for Electric, thermic fluid, diesel hot air system ( Please specify)
In cooperated with Special Nozzle Drying System featuring constant width continuous slot.

» REGISTRATION UNIT:
Manual side lay (lateral) register by means of a mounting blocks on the operator side.
One idler roller is radially adjustable at the entrance of each printing unit.

» DOCTOR BLADE UNIT
Pneumatically loaded pressure application.
Horizontal, Vertical & Angular adjustment to cover the full range of printing roller circumference.
Oscillation Movement +/- 10mm
Mounted on the side frame with mechanical drive off the gear box

» INKING UNIT
Immersion Type Inking System of
