Specifications:
- Web Tension Control by using closed loop controlled drives/motor with load cell for tension feedback. Dual Station Unwinder this unit has provision for two rolls mounted on shafts for alternate use to enable continuous operation, minimize waste and delivery consistent quality. - Splicer Unit facilitates semi-automatic roll splicing in the unwinder. - Constant Unwiding Tension The load cell and braking system ensures constant unwinding tension of the fabric. - PLC Base Synchronised Drive System. - Edge Guiding System for precise alignment of the web.
- In-feed System for pulling the substrate from unwinding station and simultaneously maintaining required set tension between printing zones for proper registration. Out-feed System for pulling the substrate from last printing station and simultaneously maintaining required set tension.
- Re-wind station for allowing splicing of fabric roll for continuous/ non-stop operation. shafts are used for holding the fabric roll. - Drying Chamber is provided at the top for deep drying of fabric.
